The three-year Zen Buddhism Studies Course opens with the Course Presentation and the Conference: “Zen Buddhism: the actuality of a tradition“.

The presentation will be given by: Rev. Carlo Tetsugen Serra, Prof. Aldo Tollini, Rev. Anna Maria Shinnyo Marradi.
The conference with three speeches by the speakers: Prof. Massimo Raveri, former Professor at Ca’ Foscari University, Venice; Prof. William Bodiford, UCLA University, Los Angeles: “Transformations of Zen in Japan and Abroad”; Rev. Ishii Seijun, Komazawa University, Japan.
